The objective of usability is to make materials accessible to and usable by individuals -- all individuals. To this end, accessibility, or designing materials for individuals with disabilities, is a central aspect of usability and UXD. This week, we will examine approaches to addressing accessibility related to usability and design. In examining such topics, we will also review resources different agencies provide to addressing accessibility when designing and testing materials.
